Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have an additional 30 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs.

Only the costs for returning the product from your home to our warehouse are at your own expense. Please check your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all supplied accessories and – where reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to the entrepreneur. For any order with a total order value exceeding $125, no cash refund will be issued upon return; instead, you will receive an official store credit voucher valid for the entire store. Furthermore, all purchases made using store credit or gift cards are considered Final Sale and are non-refundable.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via support@venorawear.com. We will then process the owed amount or store voucher within 30 days of your return notification, provided the product has been returned in good condition.
